All classes are now taught on an as-needed basis.  Put in your request today and we will hold a class to fit your schedule! 

Classes require a minimum of 4 students to run.  One-on-One hourly training is also available.

Classes can be taught at your location or at one of our partners facilities.

 

 

 

 

What time do classes run?

Most classes run from 9:00 – 4:30, Monday - Friday. However, private classes for your group can be scheduled at dates and times that are convenient for you.

Do I need to bring anything to class?

Just bring yourself and a pen (and maybe a sweater). You will be provided a manual during the class that is yours to keep.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a class?

We realize that plans and priorities change and registrations may occasionally need to be altered. Unfortunately, last minute registration changes, if not restricted, can impact our ability to hold classes as scheduled for your fellow students. Therefore, to avoid forfeiting your class fee, please be sure you comply with the following guidelines:
· If you need to cancel a registration, you may do so and not be charged if you call us 3 or more business days prior to class.
· If you need to reschedule your registration to another date, call us at least 1 full business days in advance. With less than this notice your options are to send a substitute from your organization or forfeit the class fee.
· No Shows will be charged the full class fee.

Can my company be billed for the class?

Yes, if you are an established customer, you will be billed after attending the class. New customers must pay prior to attending class.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What if I need a class on a different date than on your schedule?

Please let us know. Many times we are able to adjust our schedule to meet your needs.

Do you teach on any other software that is not listed?

Yes, we teach on many software products – too many too list. Please contact us if you are looking for a specific class that is not listed on our schedule.

Can I schedule a class just for my company?

Yes, we can setup a class for your group to be taught at our office or yours. We will even bring the laptops to teach on at your location, if necessary. When we setup a class just for your group, you can schedule it anytime – evenings, weekends, or normal business hours. Please contact us about special group rates.

Can you customize what is covered in the class?

Yes, we can teach selected chapters from our various courses and build a manual that is just for you. We can also add exercises that are pertinent to your job to make the training even more valuable.

Can you teach classes at our office?

Yes, we teach at many businesses throughout the DFW area on a regular basis. In addition, our instructors have traveled throughout the world teaching on a variety of software applications. For businesses outside of DFW, we do add travel expenses to our standard fees.

Can we rent your classroom for our own needs?

Yes, we currently have 8 student workstations and 1 instructor workstation in our training center. All stations are configured with Windows XP Professional, Microsoft Office, and Internet access. You may install your own software on our stations for your class.

Do you run any specials?

Yes, we run specials intermittently. If you would like to be notified of upcoming specials, please let us know if you would like to be added to our email mailing list.
